Return & Refund/Exchange Policy
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging (Bag and tags). Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. The return shipping fee is at the expense of the customer.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund/exchange after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If you choose exchange the item, it will be processed and shipped within next 2 business days after your return is approved. The new item shipping fee is at the expense of the customer. Items MUST be sent back inside a box.
Products are warranted for defects in materials and workmanship for 10 calendar days from date of delivery, provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse. All return merchandises should be in good condition for resale. Washed, worn, altered or soiled merchandises are not suitable for resale. After 10 calendar days, goods will not be accepted. ITEMS MARKED AS FINAL SALE HAVE A NO RETURN/EXCHANGE, NO REFUND POLICY.
