Karate is often depicted as a brutal martial art form. However, its violent reputation shouldn’t put you off getting involved in it. Training in karate is a recreation for the body and mind, as it consists of a complete physical culture and of particular accuracy. The body develops and at the same time acquires strength and agility, not counting the health benefits.
There are no limitations regarding where to exercise it, since it can be practiced at home, in the gym, in the forest, on the beach and practically anywhere. It is indisputable that karate provides incredibly fast reflexes. Furthermore, through severe and regular training, it stimulates the intellectual faculties and creates a prompt and intuitive spirit, capable of fulminating responses through immediate action and essentially practical logic. You can even acquire the ability to scrutinize the thoughts of the adversary.
